Open & Lock Services

Our Open Up and Lock Up service ensures your premises are opened up at the start of the day, or secured when staff leave to go home. Our mobile officers will arrive at previously agreed times and check that the last member of staff has left the building. We will then patrol and check the entire building to make sure all the doors and windows are closed and that all non-essential equipment is turned off, then set the alarm and lock up. The mobile officer returns next morning, unlocks the building ready for your employees to enter. The Open & Lock Up service is ideal for you if you operate a business with multiple locations or if you work long and unsociable hours, because it takes away the time-consuming task of opening and locking up your properties and ensures your safety at those vulnerable times.

Estate Watch

A dedicated patrol can manage up to 300 units. The more units that sign up to the scheme, the more cost effective it is. Individual customers can add our keyholding and response service for maximum effectiveness.
